This catalogue accompanied Danspace Project’s Platform 2015: Dancers, Buildings and People in the Streets over February-March 2015. Curated by Claudia La Rocco, the Platform examined the writings of Edwin Denby and the poet-as-critic tradition; the overlapping dance lineages of George Balanchine, Merce Cunningham, and Judson Dance Theater; and their continued influence in choreographic practice today.
