Summer at Danspace Project means preparing for the fall — the continuation of our 50th anniversary festivities.

Our 50th anniversary year launched on May 7 at Gala 2024 honoring Rebel Angels Kyle Abraham, Kristy Edmunds, and Carol Mullins, with performances by A.I.M, Laurie Anderson, Douglas Dunn, Vinson Fraley, Toshi Reagon, and Ros Warby. Check out the photo album here!

Over four weeks in May & June, Kyle Abraham dazzled and surprised with his curation of Platform 2024: A Delicate Ritual. Thanks to all who joined us, and special thanks to Kyle and all the participating artists, Nicholas Ryan Gant, Shamel Pitts, taisha paggett, David Roussève, Bebe Miller, and Vinson Fraley.
