Facilitated by Ishmael Houston-Jones since the ’90s and currently co-curated by Houston-Jones with Danspace curators, DraftWork presents work-in-development showings by artists at all stages of their career. This afternoon features performances by Iliana Penichet-Ramírez and Joel Watson.

Iliana Penichet-Ramírez is a multidisciplinary dancer and choreographer whose work examines the relationship between movement and various audiovisual mediums. She creates and directs live performance, print, and video work.
Joel Watson is a writer, actor, and performer. Recent creations include BO DIDDLEY WUZZA STEEL DRIVIN MAN!! at Pageant and film JET BLACK FUTURE!! featured on NoBudge. He lives here.
